In a considered effort to drive fame for the brand, sponsoring ITV’s In for a Penny with Stephen Mulhern provided a perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between bursts of TV activity for Seabrook, and strengthen its place in the hearts of the British public.

The brief

Building on the creative platform ‘Brilliant by the Bagful’ we first established 5 years ago, our brief was to create a series of unforgettable idents that were both distinctive and entertaining, ensuring Seabrook was top of mind for shoppers, and stayed there.

Our approach

We created idents which use Seabrook’s fun and irreverent tone, mimicking the relatable, light-hearted comedy which has made In for a Penny so popular, accumulating in a dry, witty observation of the great British public and their flavour choices. Using a real everyday filming style akin with In for a Penny, but with cues from Seabrook’s established creative style – striking symmetry and bold use of colour, to make it feel beautifully British and a little bit more brilliant.
